I have always been busy with a camera. I probably have an over abundance of snapshots from my life but that's ok with me because I have so many moments to look back on. It wasn't until a few years ago when my boyfriend (now husband) helped me buy my Canon Rebel camera that I realized I wanted to get serious about photography.
Portraits are my absolute favorite! I especially love working with high school seniors. They have such fun personalities and it is an absolute blast to encourage them to be silly so that I can capture their true image. (Plus I get to bust out a bit of my own silliness!)
Here is Shaila. She has such a beautiful smile! And those EYES!! Geez! I did Shaila's Sweet 16 session last summer. We tried to go to Mowich Lake but about halfway there the fog started to get really thick and there was so much snow when we got there (it was August, I think!!) that we couldn't even see the lake. Oh well, we had much better luck this year.
